Hotel lost my reservation!

Full time Traveling requires lots of planning and even you think you perfectly planned out everything ahead, things still go wrong!

It was last year winter and so many events were going on in town. All the nice hotels in town were about to sold out.

Full time touring is adventurous and exciting, I have to plan things ahead of time always and still - things getting lost.

This time, I lost entire hotel reservation that I booked 3 month ago for my overnight booking.

They couldn't find my reservation because I booked room under my passport name and phone receptionist was extremely unkind and lazy, didn't want to check my last name spelling.

I ended up booking another suite on different hotel.

Learned lesson, I will never book hotel too early and I'll stay with one (or maybe two) main hotel reward program.
