Packing for Fort Lauderdale Monday

Once in a rare while, something unexpected happens. On the way back from Korea, I missed my connecting flight and was stuck at the airport for 5 more hours. Why didn't I bring my carry-on? I could have upgraded my seat with my carry-on and walked straight to my next connecting flight. My flight got delayed and baggage claim was disaster because lots of people had to take next flight and no one had enough time.

Yesterday, I went shopping and bought a new carry-on. I can't imagine missing flights when I have an appointment, so I decided to invest in a travel item.

The smart salesperson reserved the item and closed the store for a private appointment after I called. When I arrived at the store, the lady told me they have me on file. I think my file is in most of the shopping brands' systems. My shopping usually takes less than 10 minutes nowadays.

Hopefully I never miss my flights again!
